We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests through various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Provide timely and accurate information about our products and services.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications

English fluency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Positive and empathetic attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Asian products, food safety and quality standards (preferred).
Nice to have

Fluent in additional languages, especially those used by the Thai customer base.

Experience in e-commerce.
- Experience in managing social media channels and responding to customer inquiries.
